TRX Suspension

A full-body workout using suspension training to build strength, balance, and control. Scalable for all levels, with a focus on form, stability, and functional movement.

Blends strength training with our signature approach, focused, efficent and built for longevity. Expect to challenge your muscles, improve stability and build real, lasting strength.

Mat Pilates

A low-impact full-body class with controlled, intentional movement. Use bodyweight exercises and small equipment to strengthen and lengthen the body.

Yoga

A grounding and restorative class combines flowing sequences, gentle strength work, and intentional stretching to help release tension,  improve posture, and create space in the body.

STRYD Open Gym

A self-guided movement session gives you the freedom to focus on what your body needs most. Open Studio allows you to move at your own pace in a supportive studio environment.
