  • Do I need to be fit to start?

    Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels-from beginners to experienced athletes. Our Instructors will guide you through each movement and offer modifications so you can move at your own pace while still feeling challenged. 

  • What should I bring to class?

    Comfotable workout clothing, Grip socks are recommended when on the reformer, water and towel are always a good idea, and shoes are recommended for certain classes. 

  • Can I try a class before committing?

    The best way to experience STRYD is through our 2 week trial. Enjoy unlimited classes for $60 and explore everything we offer- including yoga, mat pilates, strength, circuit and reformer classes. It's the perfect way to find your rhythm, try different class styles, and see what works best for you.

  • What can I expect from my first class?

    Expect a welcoming, supportive environment. Our instructors will guide you through the classes, help you get familiar with the equipment, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. 

  • When should I arrive?

    10-15 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up, show you around, and answer any questions. 

  • What type of classes do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of classes including reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga, strength, TRX, and performanced-based training, all designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence.

  • How do I book a class?

    You can book directly through our website, or by downloading the app! Simply chose your class, reserve your spot, and you're all set.

  • What is your cancellation period?

    We ask that you cancel within 12hrs if you can't attend, so others have the opportunity to book.
