We get it — first classes can feel intimidating. At STRYD, we’re built different. No egos. Just structured workouts, welcoming instructors, and a community that trains with intention.
Here’s what to expect on day one:
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Bring water, a towel, and good energy
- We provide all equipment—bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours
- Your coach will guide you through every move
You don’t need to be fit to get started. You just need to show up.
